You can hit a 360 by ramming up their ass and not lunging. don’t hold down whatever button makes console lunge because 360ing works bc of the remaining distance the killer and survivor have, they begin the 360 and the auto aim tries to move with them, but because of the lunge it moves you around the 360 with them. that forces the miss.
